Migrating your Titan Server to another computer

Using RegEdit - Navigate to the following location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\South River Technologies\Titan FTP Server\Servers click on the 'Servers' folder in the RegEdit tree view and then from the 'File' menu item, select 'Export' choose a name and location for the information to be exported. Also, it's a good idea to choose "Windows 9x/NT" as the file format. Install Titan on the new werver: Double click on the %.reg file while on the new server. This will import all of your servers. You need to restart the new server OS for everything to take effect properly. Once you have restarted the new server, open your Titan Admin Console and make sure that the IP settings for each server have been changed to the new server address. | |
