McAfee v11 blocks Titan Admin Console

If McAfee AntiVirus v11 or later is installed, the McAfee Redirector Service will block the Titan Administrator from being able to connect to the local server for administration. To correct this issue: 1) Run REGEDIT on the computer where Titan/McAfee is installed 2) Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\\McAfee\\Redirector\\Ports 3) Add a new STRING value, name it 31000 4) Set the VALUE to be Ignore 5) Close Regedit 6) Restart your PC. If this is not convenient, you can restart the McAfee Redirector Service instead. McAfee has confirmed this to be an issue with the McAfee Redirector Service v11. | |
