Symptom: Temporary Files being created and stored in all of our groupdrive/webdrive folders when working with Office files. Resolution: You may be able to get around this by turning on "cache temporary office files". This option is on the site properties/file settings dialog tab in the groupdrive client. Click properties/then file tab and check the item "cache temporary office files". Or, Open Program settings, general settings and Uncheck “Enable delayed close for open filesâ€. Then disconnect and reconnect to the server. | |
