To prevent webdrive from setting the files modified time after an upload run regedit and set this key to "0" HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\South River Technologies\WebDrive\Connections\FileSetModTimeAfterUpload This will stop the PROPATCH's after upload for DAV connections, and MDTM commands after upload for FTP as well.
