Why do I get an "Access Denied" error when trying to schedule a job using a local administrator account?

Webdrive uses the Windows Task Scheduler to schedule jobs through the File Transfer Manager. The error: 0x80070005:Access is denied is received when the account used to schedule the task has a blank password.
