How to change the default directory when mapping a drive.

Q: When I map a drive using WebDrive, it connects me to the root of my ftp server. How can I set WebDrive up so that it always connects to a certain subdirectory, such as /public_html/ or /www/. A: Bring up WebDrive and click on the Properties button then expand the Connection node. Now click on FTP Settings. Here you will see a field labeled "Root Directory". You can specify the subdirectory here. | |
