Can GroupDrive Server coexist with IIS ?

Yes, GroupDrive Server can work on dual homed system with IIS listening on one IP address/port 80 and GroupDrive Server listening on another IP address/port 80. However IIS 5.0 and later attempt to listen on port 80 for all IP addresses configured on the system. To prevent IIS from doing this see the following Microsoft KB articles for workarounds.
