Solution The best way to cleanly remove all traces:

Please do the following:

Go to Control Panel, and use Add/Remove for Titan
Go the Registry, browse to HKLM, Software, and find South River Technologies - delete this folder
Go to C:\Program Files and locate South River Technologies, delete that folder
Go to C:\windows\system32\ locate srxtitan.exe and remove (if still there)
You can also go to the services applet and make sure that Titan Service has been removed as well.
